Welcome to D.I.G. Clothing Co.—where the vibes are dark, the gear is bold, and the rules are simple. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Read ‘em. Respect ‘em.

1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are securely processed via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We never store your credit card info.
Once an order is placed, it’s final. We don’t play the refund game unless it’s our fault.

2. SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, or hell breaking loose.
D.I.G. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes sideways.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No returns on worn or washed gear. No exceptions.
If your item arrives damaged or we messed up your order, hit us up within 7 days of receiving it: slimnasty5150@icloud.com
Exchanges only for unused, unworn gear and only if we have your size in stock.

4. COPYRIGHT & BRAND USE

All content, logos, designs, and badass slogans on this site belong to D.I.G. Clothing Co. Don’t steal our sh*t. Legal action may follow if you do.

5. CONTENT SUBMISSION (Modeling/Collaborations)

If you send us photos, videos, or tag us using #DigClothingCo, you grant us permission to repost and use that content for marketing and brand purposes—with credit where due.
We don’t own you. But we do own the right to promote what you willingly share.

6. LIABILITY

We’re not responsible for how you wear our clothes, how wild your ride gets, or what chaos follows. Dress at your own risk.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, you’ll find the updated version right here. It’s on you to check.

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At D.I.G. Clothing Co., we make gear for the bold—no fluff, no fakery. But if we mess up, we’ll make it right. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:

Worn, washed, or altered gear
Sale or clearance items
Wrong size due to customer selection
“Didn’t vibe with it” or buyer’s remorse

Our products are made to make statements—not for second-guessing.

WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

We shipped the wrong item
Your gear arrived damaged
You received a defective product

Conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
You’ll need proof of purchase and photos (for damaged/defective items)

RETURN PROCESS

Email SlimNasty@deadinsidegang.com with:
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos if applicable

If approved, we’ll send return instructions
You ship the item back (we’ll cover shipping only if it was our mistake)

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? If we’ve got it in stock, we’ll hook you up.

Note: You’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued only for approved cases where a return isn’t possible or we can’t fulfill an exchange.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
